the other stuff you’d expect such as spot-gluing, promo-stickering and pallet-based packing services.

Steam and heat shrink sleeving - Blue Frog Packing is able to provide both heat and steam shrink

sleeving solutions for a wide range of markets, including cosmetics, food and soft drinks.  The sleeves

can serve a number of purposes - for example, to more clearly apply your branding to your product, or

for promotional packing.  Clear sleevings may also be used for ‘twinning’ (where products are

packaged together) or where a tamper-evident seal is required.

Steam sleeving is now a firmly established technique which offers a superior quality shrink compared

to other methods.  This is because, unlike in hot air or radiant heating systems, steam can not go

grossly over-temperature and does not generate ‘hot spots’ which can result in the typical uneveness

of finish produced by other methods.  We think it's a no-brainer but by all means, ask us to show you

some samples so you can judge for yourself...

Gift Pack make-up - We also specialise in hand-packing services which require a high level of detail

such as personalised gift packing and assembly of complex units.  The bulk of our gifting services are

typically from across the fine fragrance, personal care, cosmetics and spirits sectors.  These services

are carried out in our dedicated clean room, where, as you would expect, we operate a no jewellery

policy and our operatives must all wear hats, hairnets and cotton gloves.
